Writing Prompt #15

This week's shoutout goes to Crystal! Thanks for participating in this week's writing prompt!

Today where I live, snow is falling. This week marks the first snow of the year, at least down in the valley instead of the mountains.

I want each of you to write a scene that has to do with snow. It can be serene, scary, cold, cozy...anything you'd like! But make me see the snow. Make me feel like it's winter. Show me the snow. Don't just tell me it is snowing, or that there's a blizzard.

Help me see each puffy snow flake scurry down from the gray sky. Help me feel my hair dampen from the wet flakes and my hands turn red and chapped as they freeze from the cold while I pack a snowball together.

Good luck, everyone!
