Writing Prompt #22

Tonight I reviewed some of my short children's stories about monsters. It got me thinking about all of the monsters I've faced in various books, whether it be the vampyres in Dracula, the witch and demons in Fablehaven, the evil toothpick Ezra in the Leven Thumps series, the Capital in The Hunger Games, Voldemort and the Death Eaters in Harry Potter, H.P. Lovecraft's Cthulhu, or the weeping angels and Daleks in Doctor Who.

Monsters come in various forms. They can be people, creatures, or organizations. Whatever form they take, they're powerful, and they're scary.

For this week's writing prompt, I'd like each of you to create a monster. You can either come up with a new imp or dragon or other classic monster, or you can create an entirely original monster known only to you.
